<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Galbenusurile se amesteca/piseaza intr-un bol cu un praf de sare. Se adauga si lingurita de mustar si se mixeaza. Treptat se adauga zeama de la jumatate de lamaie si uleiul, mixand incet.</span></div>

Dupa ce ficatul a fiert, se aleg zgarciurile. Ficatul se pune in robot/blender si se mixeaza timp de 1-2 minute. Apoi, ficatul mixat se amesteca cu o lingura sau doua de apa in care a fiert. Se adauga si 3 linguri de maioneza si se omogenizeaza compozitia. La nevoie se mai adauga sare sau lamaie.</div>

Se framanta bine, timp de 20 de minute, pana se obtine un aluat omogen. Aluatul se acopera cu un prosop curat si se lasa sa creasca timp de o ora,intr-un loc caldut, ferit de curent.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Cand aluatul a crescut, se scoate din vas si se aseaza pe masa de lucru. Se mai framanta un pic, pentru a se scoate aerul format inauntrul sau. Aluatul se imparte in 6-8 parti egale. Fiecare parte se intinde intr-un snur (de aproximativ 50-70cm), pe care fie se impleteste in doua, formandu-se astfel o bratara care se rasuceste, pentru a forma un opt, fie se rasuceste la ambele capete in sens invers, formandu-se doi melci.</span></div>

Dupa ce aluatul si-a dublat volumul, se imparte in 4 parti egale (depinde cat de mari sau mici le doriti si ce fel de tigaie veti folosi).</span></div>

Cand feliile de piept s-au rumenit bine, se pun pe o farfurie si se taie in fasii subtiri.</span></div>

Se toarna peste faina cu sare. Se adauga si lingurile de ulei si restul de apa si se framanta bine (timp de 20-30 de minute). La nevoie se mai adauga 1 lingura de faina sau dimpotriva, 1 lingura de apa. Aluatul se lasa la dospit timp de 30 de minute. Cand aluatul este crescut, se da drumul la cuptor la 180 de grade, pentru a fi incins in momentul in care se dau cornurile la cuptor.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Intr-un castron/bol se amesteca faina cu un praf de sare. Se adauga untul rece, taiat cubulete (rezultatul final nu va fi acelasi daca se va folosi margarina); treptat se toarna si apa. Ingredientele se framanta cu mana, pana cand aluatul devine consistent si nu se lipeste de mana (se mai adauga putina faina daca este necesar). Se rastoarna pe masa de lucru si se mai framanta un pic, fara sa se insiste mult. Se inveleste aluatul in folie alimentara si se da la rece pentru 30 de minute (aluatul poate rezista mai multe zile la frigider).</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Se ia o oala si se pune la fiert laptele cu zaharul - la foc mic. Galbenusurile se freaca bine cu amidonul sau cu faina. Laptele cu zahar se adauga treptat peste galbenusuri, amestecandu-se neincetat. Amestecul se pune inapoi la fiert. Cand crema devine vascoasa, avand consistenta unei maioneze, se ia de pe foc. Crema se pune intr-un bol si se acopera cu o folie de plastic - pentru a nu se face o crusta deasupra. Se raceste si se pastreaza la frigider, pana cand va fi folosita.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Se scoate aluatul din frigider, se intinde o foaie de 3 mm si se decupeaza cercuri, care sunt puse in forme de briose. Se ung cu ou si se dau la cuptor timp de 20-25 de minute, la 190 de grade (pana se rumenesc).</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Se separa albusurile pentru blat de galbenusuri; galbenusurile se freaca cu uleiul si cu un praf de sare. Albusurile se mixeaza cu zaharul pana cand acesta se topeste, iar compozitia devine omogena si pufoasa. Se adauga apa si galbenusurile - se amesteca de jos in sus. Se pune treptat si faina amestecata cu cacaua. Compozitia se toarna intr-o tava, unsa cu putin ulei sau unt si tapetata cu faina. Se da la cuptor, la 180 de grade, timp de 35-40 de minute (depinde de cuptor).</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Pentru crema, se amesteca galbenusurile cu 100g zahar pudra si se pun pe foc mic, pana se topeste zaharul si se ingroasa. Apoi se lasa sa se raceasca. Untul aflat la temperatura camerei se mixeaza dupa care se adauga 100g de zahar pudra. Galbenusurile se adauga peste unt si se adauga cacaua si esenta de rom si se da la rece.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Pentru sirop, se adauga toate ingredientele intr-un vas, care se pune la fiert. Dupa ce siropul a fiert si s-a racit, se adauga si esenta de rom.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Se ia blatul racit, se taie in doua , se insiropeaza primul strat de blat, se pune crema, apoi se adauga si cel de-al doilea strat de blat si se insiropeaza bine. Prajitura se da la frigider timp de 20-30 de minute.</span></div>
